Mr. Gaadt has written extensively on environmental and land use issues and has been a speaker at numerous conferences and workshops. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), the American Planning Association (APA), the American Water Resources Association (AWRA), the Pennsylvania Planning Association (PPA), and the American Planning Association - Delaware Chapter.
